Deep Tissue
60 min $145 / 90 min $195
Deep Flow~
A deep tissue massage is a technique that uses slow strokes and sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscles, deep below the surface. It’s used primarily to treat musculoskeletal issues and to aid recovery from vigorous physical activity or sports injuries, but it also has wider applications that can improve the body, mind and soul of anyone receiving the treatment. I always begin this session using lighter techniques to first warm up and loosen up the top layer of muscles and tissues before going deeper. Deep tissue can be done by adding more pressure with fingers, although it’s more common to use knuckles, forearms and elbows. The key is always slow, slow, slow movements to allow the nervous system to let go and let me sink in. It’s easy to think that deep tissue massage benefits are limited to rejuvenating or repairing tired and strained muscles, but that’s only part of the story: a beneficial treatment can help you feel great from head to toe. To experience my well known expert Deep/Targeted Flow treatment, book now!

Facilitated Stretching
60 min $145 / 90 min $195
Stretch Flex~ Stretching…..It’s one of those things we know is good for us and we should all do more of, but let’s face it, for most of us, it’s strictly been a solo activity. Assisted stretching may just be the best way to address those aches and pains and lower your stress levels. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training. PNF involves both stretching and contracting (activation) of the muscle group being targeted in order to achieve maximum static flexibility. PNF Techniques help develop muscular strength and endurance, joint stability, mobility, neuromuscular control and coordination– all of which are aimed at improving overall functional ability.
1. Reduce Muscle Tightness
2. Decrease Stress
3. Become More Flexible
4. Increase Athletic Performance
5. Improve Range of Motion
6. Reduce Recovery time.
The Takeaway: Stretching is certainly great for the body, but assisted stretching? That just takes the benefits to a whole other level. Depending on how frequently you engage in assisted stretching, you can look forward to lower stress levels, improved flexibility and even an edge in athletics! Book my custom tailored Stretch Flex protocol today and experience the many benefits of Facilitated Stretching

Myofascial Release
60 min $145 / 90 min 195
Fascial Flow-
Fascia is a type of connective tissue that surrounds everything in the body, is connected to everything, has no start and no end, and plays a major role in the structure and global function of the human body. It is the most pervasive tissue that connects each and every cell of the human body together.
Myofascial release (MFR) is a treatment technique which holds the belief that the body has the capacity to heal itself. However, sometimes it needs help with impairments and restrictions before it can continue the self-healing journey. MFR is a gentle, hands on approach to help balance the tension patterns of the body towards symmetry. As symmetry is restored, there is a reduction in the abnormal pressure on those areas to help decrease tone, spasms, and ultimately pain.
A few reasons behind these restrictions:
1) Physical trauma: injuries, car accidents, surgeries, injections, etc. Anytime your body impacts or is impacted by another physical object the force of that impact is felt throughout the body. that force gets “stuck” or “held” in the body which causes increased tightness and over-time can lead to pain. Surgeries can also create a tightness pattern that, over time, can lead to pain in other areas.
2)Chronic microtrauma: postural imbalances, lack of movement, anatomical short legs, fallen arches, etc.
Here’s a great example. When you stand in line at the store, or at home doing dishes,do you stand with weight equally on both legs? Likely not. Chances are there is a pattern of how you like to sit/stand/lie down, etc. If we persist in this pattern without changing, that persistent pattern can set you up for issues down the road without you even knowing it.
3) Psychological trauma: There is a deep and inseparable relationship between the mind and the body. The way we think affects how we feel and can create a physical manifestation of pain or tightness. Most of us at some point in time have had life experiences that cause an increase amount of stress in our lives. if we continue to “carry” the effects of this day to day “baggage” without properly dealing with the emotional aspects, this stress can lead to muscular tension from increased and persistent nervous system activation, which perpetuates tightness in the myofascial system and ultimately leads to discomfort and pain.
Myofascial release helps to decrease tension imbalances to restore symmetry. As your body goes from an asymmetrical to more symmetrical pattern the pressure on pain-sensitive areas is released and your symptoms decrease. Experience my Fascial Flow today to restore balance to your body creating symmetry, homeostasis and continue your self-healing journey.

Craniosacral Therapy
60 min $135
Meditative Flow~
Craniosacral therapy or CST is a hands-on technique that uses gentle touch to release tension in the central nervous system. The focus of CST is to promote the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system, with the goal of enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities. The central nervous system, which is composed of the brain and spinal cord, controls most functions of the body. As such, a disruption of cerebrospinal fluid flow can contribute to pain and dysfunction.
As with most bodywork modalities, CST is usually performed on a flat treatment table and a patient can expect to be fully clothed the entire time.
The practitioner will begin the CST by applying less than 5 grams of touch to the patient’s skull and/or sacrum. The light pressure, weighing less than a nickel, allows the therapist to detect the subtle pulsating of the craniosacral rhythm. The pulses of craniosacral rhythm come from the slight narrowing and widening of the skull, as well as the gentle lengthening and shortening of the spine. These subtle movements, occurring 6-12 times per minute, are carried out in an effort to properly circulate cerebrospinal fluid.
Though it’s worth trying out for any type of discomfort, craniosacral therapy has been shown to be most effective for the following conditions:
-
Chronic muscle pain
-
Anxiety
-
Migraines
-
Sinus issues
-
Multiple Sclerosis
-
Temporomandibular Joint Pain
-
Epilepsy
-
Fibromyalgia – The musculoskeletal pain that accompanies fibromyalgia responds well to gentle treatments.
CST effects are usually felt immediately after a session and provide lasting relief from chronic pain or illness caused by stress or trauma. Craniosacral Therapy is a safe and effective way to restore balance to the body's nervous system while providing numerous benefits that can improve overall health and well-being. Book your CST today!

IASTM/GRASTON -Complimentary to any service.
IASTM OR instrument Assisted Soft tissue mobilization uses a variety of instruments on the body, including flat and curved bars, rubber balls, and brushes, to apply pressure directly to tight muscles or tendons. The application of that pressure breaks down scar tissue, relieves inflammation, and stimulates healing underneath the surface of your skin.
The goal is to increase blood flow in those areas, so they heal more quickly and efficiently; this also improves flexibility as it loosens up stiff joints and moves quickly (which helps reduce pain). Increasing oxygenation in your injured joint or tendon tissue, IASTM helps relieve swelling, so you don’t suffer from chronic stiffness after every workout session (or a long day at work).
Combining this treatment with my other modalities is powerful, as it can help you recover from injury faster. With IASTM and Massage Therapy in your arsenal, you’ll be back to full strength (and pain-free) in no time!
Cupping- Complimentary add on to any service.
You may have heard about the use of cupping therapy by Olympic athletes. But you don’t need to be an athlete to give it a try. Anyone looking to reduce recovery time, stress, pain or muscle tension could benefit from this treatment.
While the therapy has grown in popularity in the last decade, cupping isn’t a new-age technique. Its roots – and rings – run deep for thousands of years.
“Cupping therapy, also known as myofascial decompression, can be traced back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures it’s been described as one of the oldest treatment interventions, and its history dates back to 1500 B.C.
The theory of Eastern medicine is “where there is stagnation, there is pain,“Remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain. This is what cupping seeks to address.”
While massage therapy uses direct pressure to release tension, cupping uses negative pressure to lift the muscle fibers and increase blood flow to the area. Cupping uses a pumping method to draw the skin tissue inside the cup. The subcutaneous tissue (the bottom layer of your skin) is pulled into the cups and held in place for a small amount of time—anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. With dry cupping, the cups can slide across the skin or remain in place, known as dynamic and stagnant cupping respectively.
It is important to note that cupping may cause temporary bruising (known as ecchymosis), swelling or soreness, depending on the person or amount of cupping treatment done. The spots left behind typically fade after several days or a week.
For example, cupping therapy might:
-
Encourage whole-body comfort and relaxation.
-
Increase your pain threshold.
-
Reduce inflammation.
-
Enhance blood circulation.
-
Remove toxins from your body.
-
Reduce cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL).
-
Help prevent cardiovascular diseases like atherosclerosis.
-
Increase red blood cells.
-
Stimulate your peripheral nervous system.
Some of the injuries and conditions that can be helped through cupping therapy include:
-
Various types of acute or chronic pain, including knee pain, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain
-
Arthritis
-
Carpal tunnel syndrome
-
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal disorders
-
High blood pressure (hypertension)
-
Asthma
-
Plantar fasciitis
If you suffer from chronic or acute pain, cupping may be an excellent treatment option to add to to any service. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns regarding this complimentary add on service and be sure to let me know if you would like to try cupping at your next Massage session.

KINESIOTAPING
$20 per area taped
Tune in to a sports station and you’re bound to see an athlete with multi-colored tape applied on some body part, anywhere from the neck down to the feet. This tape — called kinesiology tape, or k-tape for short — is now commonly available, and its use is becoming more widespread.
Kinesiology refers to the study of movement. Kinesio tape, as it’s often called, got its name because it is used to aid muscle movement. It’s a thin, flexible tape that is meant to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation, and provide support to joints and muscles.
How the tape works
There are different theories about how exactly kinesiology tape works.
One is that kinesiology tape creates balance in the neural circuitry in muscles, tendons, joints, and skin. This is thought to reduce pain and decrease swelling. It's also meant to improve muscle performance and function.
Kinesiology tape is also thought to realign joint positions. It may also be useful in remodeling collagen tissues such as in scar tissue management.
Improve circulation and lymphatic drainage
Kinesiology tape gently lifts the superficial layers of skin, creating a space between the skin, fascia, and underlying tissues. This is thought to promote better circulation and lymphatic drainage, reducing swelling and inflammation.
Improve Proprioception
Kinesiology tape may stimulate mechanoreceptors in the skin, muscles, and joints, providing sensory feedback to the brain.
This can potentially change the proprioception input of the sensory nervous system in the muscles, joints, and skin. Proprioception is the sensation that allows you to know where your body is in space (say, how high your arm is raised).
Normalize Muscle Tone
Kinesiology tape is also thought to inhibit nociceptors (pain pathways) in your muscles, skin, and joint structures.6 Decreasing painful input to the brain is thought to normalize muscle tone, resulting in decreased pain and muscle spasms.
